Good bedroom feng shui

March 23rd, 2009

One of the important room to take note in our house feng shui is the bedroom. The bedroom is the focal point in the marriage relationship and here are some factors to take note of :

  • The master bedroom should be located in the southwest corner of the home.
  • Locating the master bath near the master bedroom should be discouraged. If unavoidable, keep bathroom doors and toilet lid closed.
  • Remove mirrors from the headboard.
  • Position the bed away from overhead ceiling fans.
  • Make liberal use of the romantic colors of red and pink. Avoid black and green.
  • Refrain from pointing the bed in the direction of the entrance doors such that when lying down, the feet are directed toward the door.
  • Remove aquariums, fish bowls and rock fountains.
  • Attempt to remove the television from the bedroom, or place in a cabinet/armoire that can be closed when not in use.
  • Pink crystals, mallards or any knick knack (in pairs) are welcomed.
  • Avoid tones that are either overly masculine or overly feminine.

Some rules to good house feng shui

March 16th, 2009

Here are some interesting and simple rules to improve your house feng shui:

1. Door rules

  • Avoid trees outside, they stop the flow of qi.
  • Don’t sit with a door behind you, concentration will go (if you must, close the door and qi will flow).

2. Bedroom rules

  • Accident-prone? Sleep in a bed with brass or other metal frame.
  • Squabbles with your partner? Put a red rug down, or a red table lamp, to negate the room’s bad effects.

3. Kitchen rules

  • Don’t put the stove right next to the sink, this creates blood-pressure problems. Make sure they are at least 30 centimetres apart.
  • Avoid an island with a stove. Food is affected by negative qi resulting in health problems.
  • Don’t buy a house with a kitchen in the centre. It causes qi disruption and frequent illness.

Feng shui is the way to Get America’s Energy and Economy Flowing Freely Again?

March 9th, 2009

Follow these simple laws of Feng Shui, get the energy flowing, move from imbalance into balance and return our country to a living, breathing and healthy state of prosperity:

1. Clear clutter

2. Repair leaks

3. Paint the White House RED!

4. Display Gold objects

5. Use Lava Lamps

There is no doubt that we are in crisis. And yes, President Obama has assembled a kick-tush team of experts, and while these experts are diligently working day and night to implement a stimulus package to re-kindle the economy,

We are in a state of imbalance, and this imbalance can lead to ill health and discomfort in the environment. We cannot bloom, flourish or prosper in a state of imbalance or disharmony.
What to do?

Read what Janice Taylor has to say here.
